IDEF 2025 Defense Industry Fair, Istanbul
For the IDEF 2025 defense exhibition in Istanbul, Studio Vinho was tasked with creating a visual experience for Pentamek. The challenge was to showcase their highly detailed defense industry products in a way that would stop attendees in their tracks and create a lasting impression of technological superiority.
Our solution was a custom-designed, 90-degree screen setup that created a stunning holographic 3D effect, known as an anamorphic display. This innovative approach made detailed mechanical products appear to leap out from the corner, floating in mid-air as fully realized 3D models.
Precision Modeling: Our team worked from highly technical engineering drawings to create photorealistic 3D models of Pentamek's products. Every bolt, seam, and surface detail was meticulously crafted to match the real-world specifications.
Immersive Animation: We produced a dynamic, 5-minute looping animation specifically designed for the anamorphic screen. The animation was not a simple playback; it was designed to interact with the physical environment of the Pentamek booth.

Seamless Integration: To achieve a flawless blend between the digital animation and the physical world, we recreated the exact lighting conditions of the exhibition stand. This crucial step ensured the CGI models were perfectly lit, cast accurate shadows, and felt physically present within the space, completing the mesmerizing illusion.
