For Anadolu Isuzu, we embarked on a transformative project to reimagine urban transportation through the RIVIA minibus concept. Our goal was to merge technology, accessibility, and user-centric design to create a vehicle that caters to diverse passenger needs—from students and seniors to wheelchair users.

The project began with in-depth user research, revealing critical pain points: the lack of space for baby strollers, inaccessible designs for wheelchair users, and safety concerns caused by standing passengers with luggage. Addressing these, we developed a minimalist yet highly functional interior featuring modular seating, dedicated wheelchair areas, and innovative storage solutions. The exterior incorporated clear route identifiers and automatic swing-out doors for seamless accessibility.

Key innovations included LED lighting for enhanced visibility, a user-friendly payment system with QR code integration, and a ventilation system designed for comfort. We also prioritized durable materials like tempered glass and polycarbonate to withstand varying weather conditions, ensuring longevity and safety.

Collaborating closely with Anadolu Isuzu, we crafted a vehicle that not only solves practical challenges but also fosters inclusivity and efficiency. The RIVIA stands as a testament to how thoughtful design can transform everyday commutes into comfortable, accessible experiences for all.
